It’s inevitable. It happens every year. But every year, someone defies the odds. What am I referencing? If you’re currently in the Top 10, chances are you won’t be at the end of the season.
2014: Only 2 (Trevor Bowman & Iven Stevenson) of the top 10 remained there after Week 15
2013: Only 2 (Chad Akers & Linda Smith) remained at the end of the season
It is very difficult to hang on, and as more participants are added, the grip on the top 10 is ever more elusive.
2014
Of the top 10, only 5 remained in the top 100 at years end.
