WEEK TWELVE RESULTS
- WEEK TWELVE WINNER: Jason S and Iven Stevenson. Eight people went 6-0 this week. Jason and Iven led the way with 128 points.
- With only three weeks left to go, it is looking more and more like the 6-0’s will out number the 0-6’s for the first time in PP6 history. The current count it 78 to 55.
- The group winning and lock winning percentages were really good….again…: 55.4% and 56.3%, respectively.
- In a season where favorites have already outperformed historical statistics, they had their best week of the season: 10-4-1.
- Home underdogs continue to get hammered, which is typically a smart bet. They were 2-4-1 for the week and an astonishing 29-41-2 for the year.
- Baylor vs OU was the most popular game of the week, and picks were evenly distributed: 133 for Baylor and 122 for OU. Baylor covered the spread, but OU kept their playoff hopes alive.
- Alabama was the biggest winnner of the year in their game against MSU. They received 207 picks, to only 16 for MSU. Alabama won and covered, but they lost Tua.
- Teams favored by 15 or more points went 4-0.
- Brandon Bains and Jason Sampson share the best lock record (11-1). Three people are tied at 10-1-1, and six people are 10-2.
- Tyler Armstrong is like a poorly oil machine, knocking out one losing lock after another. He is 1-11 on the year.
- James Welin held onto the top spot, despite having the lowest scoring week of anyone in the Top 48.
- This is the time of year where being in the Top Ten starts messing with your head….or so I’m told. Stick to the strategy that got you there.
- And then there were eight: The bracket is down to eight players. Chris Easterly was the highest scorer of the week (104 points).
