WEEK NINE RESULTS

  • WEEK NINE WINNER:  Alan S.  We had ten people go 6-0, and they were only separated by 3 points.
  • The group and lock winning percentages were the worst in four weeks:  48.2% and 45.7%, respectively.
  • It was an interesting week concerning the 6-0 tally. Despite this being only the 6th best week of the year, we saw the highest number of 6-0s.
  • The total number of 6-0 have now exceeded the number of 0-6s.
  • Michael Patton is enjoying the top spot on the leaderboard for the first time this year.
  • Steve Baker shot up into the Top Ten with his 123 points, moving from 25th place to 6th.
  • Josh Moser was the only person to drop out. He is now in 22nd place.
  • The gab between 1st place and 10th place (83 points) is the same as the gap between 10th and 74th.
  • Dusty Weatherly is still in the lock lead with an 8-0-1 record. Three people are at 8-1.
  • As for the other extreme, Tyler H is 0-9 on locks. Eight people are 1-8.
  • Chad Bradley has the most losses for the year. His current record is 15-37-2. He’d be in 1st place if he’d picked the opposite side in every game.
  • Home teams were an astonishing 13-1 ATS this week!
  • The two most popular picks (Notre Dame and Georgia) were ATS winners.
  • The next six most popular picks were all ATS losers!
  • The ND vs North Carolina game saw the biggest pick disparity of the year: 180 to 9 in favor of Notre Dame.
  • Home underdogs are winning at a rate of 63%, which is the same winning percentage as 6th place.
  • Only 65 people picked a side in the FSU vs Clemson game, which makes it the least popular game of the year. It was also the worst beat of the year. Clemson scored a fumble TD as time expired to cover by half a point.
  • Six people advanced in the bracket despite scoring less than 50 points.
  • Zach Smith advanced with 20 points, thanks to his opponent going 0-6.
  • Brent Polwort scored 103 points but was matched up against our weekly winner, Alan S.
